Sunday Hockey

Took the kids to a hockey game with friends for their birthdays - which aren't for 21 and 30 more days - but still it was their birthday celebration. Fun times. I don't know who liked it more, the kids or us. I do know that at one point I heard my DH yelling, "YEAH!" and it was hard to hear anything! Pics to follow....

Snow time Fun

Aaron had so much fun just jumping in the snow today. He made snow chairs, snow blankets (above), snow clothes, and snow angels.... it was a good day in his world.

Where have I been?

Shoveling, shoveling, shoveling....... looking forward to a shovel free day tomorrow, maybe...

recently cleaned out or rummaged through your freezer - seems to be the topic of the day from a conversation with my mom to a magazine organizational idea to today's Small Thing. Yes I'm throwing out some old frozen fish or what I think is old frozen fish. Whatever it is it is now in the garbage can waiting for trash day. That's a much better place for it.

Another challenge

let me tell you something -if you want to motivate me to do something just challenge me. Something about challenges I cannot resist. Maybe I should give myself a weight loss challenge instead of just trying to lose weight..... interesting thought!

Anyway, found another challenge at SundayShutterbugs - catching up with a photo for a given word abc style - A animal, B bird (still working on catching up to that one), C curve, and D drip. Awesome!!
